Refund Policy

We are committed to providing an exceptional learning experience. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. We have created this refund policy to clarify how to request, processing time, and non-refundable fees.

Refund Eligibility

Participants may request a full refund within the first 7 days of the course. Refunds must be requested by 11:59pm PST 7 days from the cohort start date. 

How To Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us at support@mindbit.ai with the following:

• Name of the individual(s) in the course.
• Company Name (If participating as part of a business).
• Reason for the refund request.

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of approval and will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Fees

After the 7-day period, no refunds will be issued, as resources and instructor time have been allocated. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, feel free to reach out to us at support@mindbit.ai.
